Caregiver Teleconnection, WellMed Charitable Foundation

Caregiver Teleconnection is now offered inside Caregiver Connections, co-delivered with the WellMed Charitable Foundation. Where our meetings are the recovery work, Teleconnection is the learning alongside it — expert-led sessions on the practical and emotional realities of the care you provide.

The program has one-hour conference calls, at no cost. These sessions cover a wide range of interesting topics related to the care you provide to your loved one. You can get expert advice, ask questions and talk to other people who are also providing care.

01

Free, and one hour

Every session is at no cost and runs about an hour — short enough to fit a caregiver’s day, long enough to ask your question and be answered.

02

Join by video or by phone

Log in using a laptop, tablet or phone. If you prefer to call in, a phone number is provided in your Zoom registration confirmation email.

03

A new topic every session

Sessions rotate through the subjects caregivers actually face, led by people who work in the field — and there is always time for questions.

Registration and the session calendar are held by the WellMed Charitable Foundation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, call or email — either way, it stays free.
